Carey Mulligan isn’t well known in the United States but with her dramatic role in An Education you can expect to hear more about her in the future.
Next up is Penelope Cruz, a well known Hispanic actress that is always stunning on the red carpet. She is nominated for a supporting actress role for the movie “9″ and continues to awe her fans with her acting prowess. Penelope is often misunderstood as a B list star, but her acting and fashion sense definitely have the ability to make her the top of the list.
